Send us a problem report

The quickest help for anything technical - the microphone, typing, shortcuts, sign-in, a crash or a freeze - starts with a problem report from your PC:

  1. Download the report tool: Azadi24-Diagnostics.exe (about 6 MB, digitally signed).
  2. Double-click it. After a few seconds it saves a .txt file on your Desktop and opens it, so you can read everything before it goes anywhere.
  3. Type S and press Enter to send it straight to us - you get a short reference code. Or upload the file in the chat on this site (the + button).

It holds technical facts only: your Windows version, whether Azadi 24 is set up correctly, the microphones Windows sees, a cleaned summary of the app’s own log, and your Azadi 24 account ID - a random code only we can match to an account. It never holds your typing history, your recordings, your personal AI instructions, your name, your e-mail address or your sign-in token.

Common problems & fixes

The microphone isn’t working

First, check that:

  • Windows Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → access is enabled for Azadi 24.
  • No other app (like Teams or Zoom) is using the microphone in exclusive mode - close it.
  • The correct microphone is selected in Settings → General → Input device.
  • Close and reopen the app.

Hotkey conflict

The defaults are Ctrl+Win (Bangla), Alt+Win (English) and Shift+Win (AI) - hold them down while you speak and release when you are done. A tap does not start anything; it only stops a session that is already running. To dictate hands-free instead, click the mic on the widget: that starts the live streaming mode, and a second click stops it. If another app already uses one of these combos, rebind it from Settings → Shortcuts.

Sign-in problems

  • Make sure you’re signed in to your Google account in the browser.
  • If the sign-in page doesn’t open, use Settings → Sign In from the app.
  • If a popup blocker is on, allow popups for azadi24.com.
  • If the problem persists, email us.

Payment problems

  • Check that your payment method has enough balance.
  • Paid but the license didn’t arrive - email us your order or transaction reference and we’ll fix it manually.

AI features aren’t working

  • The free plan includes a monthly AI-task allowance (proofread, rewrite, translate, voice answers, Azadi Math) plus a daily AI-polish allowance for dictation - see the current numbers on the pricing page. Pro makes voice typing and hold-to-polish unlimited, and carries a much larger monthly AI-task pool - that pool is still a number, and the app shows what is left of it.
  • If you hit your plan’s AI limit, it resets on your plan’s own cycle - shown in the app.
  • Check your internet connection.

The app crashes or is slow

  • Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11 is required.
  • Check Settings → About for the latest version. Download the update here.
  • Send us a problem report - it includes the crash records Windows keeps, with anything personal already removed.
