Common problems & fixes

The microphone isn’t working

First, check that:

  • Windows Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → access is enabled for Azadi 24.
  • No other app (like Teams or Zoom) is using the microphone in exclusive mode — close it.
  • The correct microphone is selected in Settings → Audio → Input device.
  • Close and reopen the app.

Hotkey conflict

The default hotkey can conflict if another app uses it. Set your own key combination from Azadi 24’s Settings → Hotkeys.

Sign-in problems

  • Make sure you’re signed in to your Google account in the browser.
  • If the sign-in page doesn’t open, use Settings → Sign In from the app.
  • If a popup blocker is on, allow popups for azadi24.com.
  • If the problem persists, email us.

Payment problems

  • Check that your payment method has enough balance.
  • Paid but the license didn’t arrive — email us your order or transaction reference and we’ll fix it manually.
  • For a refund, see the refund policy.

AI features aren’t working

  • The free plan has no AI features — upgrade to Pro.
  • If you hit the 200 AI requests/day limit, it resets the next day.
  • Check your internet connection.

The app crashes or is slow

  • Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11 is required.
  • Check Settings → About for the latest version. Download the update here.
  • Email us with the crash log (AppData\Local\Azadi24\logs).
