Introduction
These terms apply to the use of the Azadi 24 Windows app and the azadi24.com website. By downloading or using the app, you are deemed to accept these terms.
License
Free license
Downloading Azadi 24 grants you a limited license for free, personal, non-commercial use. AI features are not included in the free tier.
Pro license
With a Pro subscription or a Lifetime purchase you may use the app on up to 2 devices at once. The license is personal — not transferable.
Prohibited use
- Reverse-engineering or decompiling the app’s source code
- Attempting to bypass the license system
- Redistributing or reselling the app
- Automated or bulk API calls that overload our servers
Acceptable use
Azadi 24 may be used for personal or professional work, but not for:
- Illegal activity, harassment or hate speech
- Violating others’ privacy
- Attempting to harm our servers or API
Subscription & term
Monthly & yearly
Monthly and yearly subscriptions do not auto-renew. You renew them yourself when they expire. When a term ends, Pro features turn off — your data is not deleted.
Lifetime
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges. It stays bound to your Azadi 24 account.
Price changes
We may change prices at any time. However, the price will not change during the term of an existing active subscription.
Service availability
We try to ensure maximum uptime, but no specific availability is guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
Digital product & delivery
Azadi 24 is a digital software product — there is no physical shipping. On successful payment your Pro licence is activated instantly and automatically on your account, so it is always available. If activation is ever delayed it completes within a few hours; if it does not, contact support.
Third-party advertisements & customer information
The Azadi 24 website and app do not display third-party advertisements. If any third-party advertisement or link is ever shown, responsibility for it rests with the merchant. Likewise, if the merchant shares any customer information with a third party, that responsibility rests with the merchant.
Limitation of liability
Azadi 24 is provided “AS-IS”. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount of your most recent payment.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, notice will be given by email or in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
