Refund window
We accept refund requests within 7 (seven) days of purchase, no reason required. Requests after 7 days won’t normally be considered, though you may contact us in special circumstances.
Which purchases are refundable
- Pro monthly subscription (৳300)
- Pro 3-month subscription (৳700)
The free tier has no payment, so no refund applies.
When a refund does not apply
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The license terms have been violated
- Repeated refund requests from the same account
EU/EEA & UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; our 7-day no-questions refund runs alongside it and does not limit your statutory rights. Because Azadi 24 Pro is delivered digitally and available immediately, by starting to use a Pro feature right after purchase you ask us to begin performance immediately.
How to request a refund
Email us the following details:
- Your Google account email (the one you signed in with)
- The order or transaction reference from your payment confirmation (or the approximate date & amount)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund (briefly)

Refund process & timeline
After we receive your request we review it and, if approved, return the payment to your original payment method. Refunds are completed within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
License after a refund
Once a refund is approved, your Pro license is cancelled immediately and the app reverts to Free mode. Local history and settings remain intact.
