Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your profile, licences, devices, usage counters and phone-bridge data, and ends Pro if you have it. Payment records (the amount and the date) are kept without your identity, as bookkeeping and the law require.

The account is deleted 7 days after you ask. Until then you can cancel the request from this page at any time; signing in during those days does not cancel it by itself.

To ask for a deletion, sign in with the account you want to delete; the delete button is then on this page. The same request can be made from the Azadi 24 Android app: the Account tab, "Delete account".
