Introduction

eJobs IT (“we”, “us”), the operator of Azadi 24, takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, where it is processed and how we protect it when you use our Windows app and website (azadi24.com).

What we collect

1. Voice audio & Speech-to-Text

When you voice-type, audio from your microphone is streamed in real time to Google’s Speech-to-Text service (or, for some modes, through our own proxy server) purely to produce the transcription. We do not store your voice audio — once the transcription returns, the audio stream is discarded. The transcribed text is typed directly into your active app and is not kept on our servers.

2. AI text & image processing

When you use Translate, Polish, the AI assistant/agent, prompt tools or web search, your text (and any image you attach) is processed through our AI providers — OpenRouter and/or Google (Gemini), and Brave/Google for web search. Their own privacy policies apply (see the list below). We do not store the content of these requests; we retain only aggregate usage counts and per-request cost for quota and billing.

3. Account information

When you sign in with Google we store your Google email address and profile name. This is kept in our Supabase database and used only for account, license and support purposes.

4. Usage & metering

To enforce daily quotas and (for Pro) to bill correctly, we count API calls and record per-request usage and cost. This is used only for quota enforcement and billing — it is never sold or shared for advertising.

5. Diagnostic & security logs

To keep the service secure and reliable, on billed API requests we record technical metadata such as your IP address, an approximate country derived from it, a device identifier (hardware ID / HWID hash) and the app version, and — if the app crashes — anonymised crash diagnostics (operating-system version, app version and a scrubbed error message with personal data removed). Dictated text is never written to these logs. These logs are used for abuse prevention, license enforcement and debugging, and are kept for a limited period (up to 90 days) before deletion.

6. Local typing & clipboard history

Typing, clipboard and screenshot history saved by the app is stored locally on your computer and is not sent to our servers — except when you actively use the Phone Bridge feature. If you connect your phone, the text and images you send between phone and computer are relayed through our server temporarily so the two devices can exchange them; they are deleted after delivery or when the session expires. If you never use the Phone Bridge, this data never leaves your device. You can clear local history at any time from the app’s Settings.

7. Payment information

Payments are processed by SSLCommerz, our payment gateway, which handles bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards and net-banking. Your card or wallet details are entered on SSLCommerz’s own secure checkout — we never see or store card numbers or financial credentials. We store only the gateway transaction ID, the amount paid and the plan purchased, which we need for license issuance, accounting and refunds.

Where your data is processed (international transfers)

Our database is hosted with Supabase in the Mumbai (India) region, and our AI, speech and payment providers operate globally. This means that if you use Azadi 24 from outside those regions — including from the EU/EEA or the UK — your data (including voice audio sent for transcription) is transferred to and processed in other countries, which may have different data-protection laws. We rely on our providers’ contractual safeguards for these transfers.

Legal bases for processing (EU/UK)

  • Performance of a contract — creating your account, issuing and verifying your license, and processing payments.
  • Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, enforcing licenses and diagnosing crashes (diagnostic & security logs).
  • Consent — optional features you choose to use, such as the Phone Bridge or connecting your phone.

Third-party services

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers listed above (used only to operate the service). We do not allow third-party advertising and we run no advertising or marketing trackers on our website or app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export (portability), restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. EU/EEA and UK users additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not “sell” personal information.

We will respond to and action your request within 30 days. You can clear local history yourself from the app’s Settings at any time.

Data retention

  • Account & license data — kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
  • Diagnostic & security logs — kept for a limited period (up to 90 days) then deleted.
  • Payment & accounting records — retained as required for financial and tax purposes.
  • Encrypted database backups — rotated and deleted on a rolling basis (up to 60 days).

Children

Azadi 24 is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transmission, and data stored in Supabase is encrypted at rest. Your local license token is encrypted on your device. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be announced on the website, and significant changes will be notified by email.
